On July 1st of each year, the Rewards Program will begin a brand new Program Year.
All rewards Points will be reset to zero so that all members begin the new Program Year on Zero (0) Points and have the chance to start earning Reward Vouchers all over again.
This only applies to any points earnt between 1st July and 30th June. Any points earnt on the 1st July will not be reset.
I am already a member of the CYC Rewards Program; will I need to sign up again in the new Program Year?
No, your Membership with the Rewards Program will be automatically transferred to the new Program Year. We will only discontinue your rewards membership upon your request.
What happens to my Tier Level status?
Your Tier Level - Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Asset and Points Balance will also be assessed. To keep your Current rewards Tier Level you need to have earned the equivalent number of points this year:

E.g. To remain a Diamond rewards Tier Level, you need to have earned 2500 Points between 1st July 2018 and 30th June 2019.
If you haven’t earned the number of points required, then your Tier Level will be updated to reflect your Points Balance.
E.g. If you were a Diamond rewards Tier Level and earned 1750 Points through the year, you have not earnt the 2500 required to keep being Diamond.
You will then start the new Rewards Year as a Platinum rewards Member.
E.g. If you were a Gold rewards Tier Level and earned 698 Points through the year, you have not earnt the 750 required to keep being Gold.
You will then start the new Rewards Year as a Silver rewards Member.
E.g. If you were a Diamond rewards Tier Level and earned 857 Points throughout the year, you have not earnt the 2500 required to keep being Diamond.
You will then start the new Rewards Year as a Gold rewards Member.
Do I lose my points?
At the end of a Program Year each member’s points balance is reset to Zero (0) and do not carry over into subsequent years.
As you shop through the next year, you will earn more points that will then turn into Rewards Vouchers to spend.
What about my Leftover Points?
All Points, including Leftover Points, are reset to begin the new Program Year. Points cannot be carried over into a New Year.
Do I lose my outstanding Vouchers?
No, any outstanding Vouchers you have will remain valid until their expiry date.
Do I still receive a Reward Voucher if I moved up a Tier Level throughout June?
Yes, if you moved up a Tier Level during June you will still receive your Rewards Voucher. Your Points will not be reset until all Vouchers for June have been issued.
What happens to my outstanding lay-by?
Points are earned for the full amount of a lay-by on the day the lay-by is started.
What happens to my outstanding Openpay Payment Plan?

What if I return a purchase, made in the last Program Year after 1st July?
When making a return Points are deducted from a Rewards Member’s profile. This means that any returns processed on or after July 1st will deduct Points from your profile.

Why do I need an email address?
All Rewards and Birthday Vouchers are issued to your inbox. Email is also the primary means of communication for offers, promotions, event invitations and any updates or changes to the Rewards Program. Therefore, to be a Member of the Rewards Program you must have a valid, unique email address.
You can get a free email address at gmail.com, hotmail.com or yahoo.com.
Can I use someone else's email address?
No, it is not recommended. If you use someone else’s email address they may not always pass on your Rewards or Birthday Vouchers or other valuable information and you’ll miss out! Also, that person would not be able to join the Rewards Program as each Member requires a unique email address.
Can I share my Rewards Membership with someone else?
No, as part of the Terms & Conditions, Membership must be on an individual basis.
How long is a Program Year?
The Rewards Program Year runs from 1st July to 30th June the following year. The first program year was from 1st July 2015 to 30th June 2016, the current program year began on the 1st July 2018 and will finish on the 30th June 2019, and so on.
Does it cost anything to become a member?
Membership to the Rewards Program is FREE!
Why do I need to provide my Date of Birth?
One of the perks of being a member of the Rewards Program is receiving a Birthday Voucher. So, we need to know your Date of Birth so we can send you yours!

How do I earn points?
You can earn points on all purchases of Full Priced Styles and Full Priced Styles on promotion (e.g. 30% off Full Priced Pants).
$1AUD = 1 point
$1NZD = 1 point
When shopping online at TakingShape.com you must be signed in to your Shopping Account to earn points.
Where can I earn points?
Points can be earned on the purchase of full priced styles in all Boutiques and Myer Concept Stores across Australia & New Zealand or Online at TakingShape.com. Points cannot be earned in Clearance Stores.

Do points carry over into a new Program Year?
No, points are cumulative during a Program Year and do not carry over into subsequent years. At the end of a Program Year the points balance is reset to Zero (0). However all Members will maintain the Tier Level they achieved at the end of the Program Year for the following year (e.g. If at 30th June 2014, you have reached Platinum Tier Level, you will remain at Platinum Tier Level from 1st July 2014 and will receive the corresponding benefits).
What do I do if I am missing points?
Points can take up to 48 hours to show in your Member Profile. If you're an Online Shopper our points will only show once your order has been shipped. If you've checked and you are still missing points please contact our Customer Service Team at info@takingshape.com.
What is a Bonus Point event?
Periodically we will run Bonus Point events where you have the ability to earn points faster (e.g. Rather than $1 = 1 point, it may be $1 = 2 points). You will be notified via email of these Bonus Point events.
Does purchasing a Gift Card earn me points?
No, the purchase of a Gift Card does not qualify for earning any points. When the Gift Card is redeemed, this purchase will earn points for the customer using the Gift Card.
When will I receive my Rewards Vouchers?
Rewards Vouchers are issued via email in the first full week of the month, for levels reached the previous month (e.g. In the first week of August, customers will receive a Rewards Voucher based on their Points balance & Tier Level as at 31st July). Rewards Vouchers will only be issued when the next Tier Level is reached based on the points you’ve earned.
How will I receive my Rewards Vouchers?
Rewards Vouchers will be sent via email to the email address you provided when you joined the Rewards Program.
What items can I redeem my Rewards Vouchers on?
Rewards Vouchers can only be redeemed on Full Priced Styles.

Who receives FREE Delivery?
If you are a Diamond or Platinum Rewards Member then you will receive FREE Delivery for all Orders.
This is regardless of whether your order is $60 or more. FREE Delivery for Diamond and Platinum Rewards Members is available for orders being sent to Australia, New Zealand or Internationally.
What happens to my Points when I return an item?
You are able to return or exchange merchandise in accordance with our Returns Policy. Any points accrued will be deducted from your Rewards Program Account (e.g. If you purchased an item for $119.95, you will have accrued 119 Points; if this item is returned – 119 Points will be removed from your Rewards Program Membership).
If I return an item will I get my Voucher back?
In a Boutique - You are able to return or exchange merchandise in accordance with our Returns Policy.
In a Myer Concept Store - If you purchased an item using a Voucher (either Rewards or Birthday Voucher) and wish to return it; the value of the Voucher is forfeited. The Voucher cannot be reissued and Credit Notes cannot be given.
Online - You are able to return or exchange merchandise in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you purchased an item using a Voucher (either a Rewards or Birthday Voucher) and wish to return it; a refund will be processed for the amount paid by credit card and the remaining balance will be issued as a Refund Voucher. This will be sent to the email address registered to your Account.
Refund Vouchers can only be used at TakingShape.com. They cannot be redeemed in Boutiques, Myer Concept Stores or Clearance Stores.
